Preparing desserts takes time and love.
Be sure to allow us three working days for the preparation and baking of your desserts.
command & delivery
Why is delivery limited to Brussels?
All simply to ensure that our desserts arrive in the best possible condition.
What are the fees?
The delivery costs for all our products are fixed at 16 €. Please note that we currently only deliver to Brussels.
What happens if a product is unavailable?
You can choose for an alternative, a voucher or a refund.
Can I modify my basket?
Subject to acceptance, you can make changes to your order up to three days before the scheduled delivery date. Please contact us by email atinfo@eatdessertfirst.be to do this.
When will I receive my order ?
Your order will be delivered to you on the date indicated when placing your order. You will receive a confirmation from us to specify all the details.
What happens if I am absent during delivery?
Our delivery person will wait five minutes after reporting his presence. If you do not show up within this period, you will have to place a new order.

How can I pay for my order?
Payment is made when finalizing your online order. We accept the following payment methods: Bancontact, debit card and credit card.
What are your products and how are they prepared?
All of our desserts are made to order in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. We take great care in packaging each product so that it arrives to you in perfect condition.
I have a question about allergens in your products
Feel free to email us atinfo@eatdessertfirst.be with "Allergens" as the subject. We will be happy to answer all your questions.
What is the shelf life of cakes?
Our pastries are freshly prepared and we recommend tasting them within 48 hours of receipt to best appreciate their quality and freshness.
What ingredients do you use in your desserts?
We only use high quality ingredients for our desserts. This includes butter, flour, sugar, fresh eggs, quality chocolate, fresh fruit, and more.
Each dessert has its own ingredient list, so don't hesitate to ask us if you have any specific questions.
Are there options for specific diets?
We have 1-2 options in each category because Laura listens to her customers. Gluten-free: Carrot Cake (with almond flour) Vegan: Funfetti Muffins Lactose-free: Carrot Cake with an apricot filling and NO cream frosting (this can also be gluten-free, on request)

For large orders we can certainly discuss special rates. We encourage you to contact us directly to discuss your specific needs so that we can provide you with a personalized proposal.

To modify or delete your personal information from our database, contact us via our contact form, clearly specifying your request.
In accordance with data protection regulations, we will process your request as soon as possible.
Please note that by deleting your information, you may not be able to take full advantage of our services, such as placing orders online.
